The SwitchingGears Foundation is a non-profit (awaiting our 501(c)(3) status) dedicated to supporting the success of various organizations working towards the success of important green projects and businesses. Our foundation is dedicated to the creation of a greener future, working in tandem with our corporate finance arm and "The Green Machine", a conduit used by our investors when they are looking to pool investments into our entire series of green companies.

We offer Service Grants, investing our time benevolently so you benefit from increased exposure to partners, investors and customers. We help you develop the right strategy and execution plan, positioning you to successfully compete for development dollars and projects, whether Private, Government or Public.

Service Grant deliverables are clear and powerful:

• Audit of pitch and business plan, and guidance, especially regarding your
  • Business model
  • Positioning versus competitors: potential competitive advantages and weaknesses
  • Technology strategy, R&D plan
  • Go-to-market strategy
• Definition of financial strategy: right amount, timing, source/investor audience(s) and number of rounds
• Introduction to a few educated and active investors, for further feedback, and potential investment
